Sandesh has a Finance background with over 17 years of diversified experience in setting up Business Processes and Managing the Operational functionality, Client Growth and Retention, Developing and Deploying Products, Strategizing and Implementing business plans for Startups, E-commerce, Online Portals & SaaS Enterprises.

Having a finance background, he has deep domain knowledge and has expertise in the FinTech vertical working with leading companies in India including ICICI Securities, Destimoney Securities and ISI Emerging markets. He spent majority of his career time working closely (with CEO’s, CTOs, SVPs and Business Heads) in framing and executing business, technology and operational roadmaps.

Hands on experience in designing product, implementing the business processes, identifying the potential business areas, budgeting, planning and executing marketing campaigns, setting up a client management process, brand establishment for organizations including OfficingNow, CircularAngle, Shoclef, Taaraka Technologies.

He conducted Market Research and successfully implemented HRMS SaaS products to various top corporates having 1000 plus head count. He worked closely to designed the Leadership Development modules in diversified sectors. He strategized and implemented end-to-end business operation process that included the customer life cycle journey on web portal and digital payment process using third-party payment gateways.

On technology front, he led the data transition project from the traditional data capturing and storing platform to the latest technology build cloud computing platforms. Transforming the manual data mining processes to automating the process. Additionally, he also has hands on in developing the training modules for the external client sources and has successfully conducted the training programs for a large client base.

He designed and successfully implemented stock market training module (Equity & Derivatives) for internal resources and conducted the regular training sessions at ICICI Securities. At ISI Emerging Markets (A Euro Money Institution Group – EMIS) managed the online product content and did data mining (Economic Time Series Data & Government Economic Data) for India, South East Asia, Australia & Sri Lanka.

Sandesh is a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University and completed his Masters in Business Administration in the field of Finance from National Institute of Management Studies, he has completed Certification in Master’s in Computer Application from Indo-German Institute.
